1、项目简介：
技术和知识产权法法学硕士学位的主要目标是提供一系列课程，使人们对快速发展的技术法，知识产权法以及各个领域之间的法律有深刻的理解。相关话题包括诸如人工智能，大数据，数据挖掘，互联网平台监管，3D打印，外太空技术，纳米技术，金融技术，计算机程序和算法的保护，数字混音和用户生成的内容，在线流媒体，绿色技术和生物技术（包括基因改造和干细胞研究）。 学科领域将定期扩展和更新，以确保学生能够理解和分析该领域的当代法律问题。
