1.留学兼职每周不超20小时

一旦获得签证，新规定允许国际学生在学期内每周从事兼职工作不超过20小时，假期当中，从事全职工作或任何与学业相关的工作。此外，毕业后学生同样采用记分制进行申请“毕业生工作类签证”，如果申请成功，即可在英国停留两年，获得更多工作经验。

2.资金为硬通货

资金必须是现金的形式，对于资金证明，伦敦地区学生要证明能够负担第一年学费，外加7200英镑的资金作为生活费；伦敦外地区，需要9000英镑生活费。

对在英学习时间不超过9个月的学生，要求每个月800至1000英镑生活费，资金证明需要以银行存单方式提供，钱在账户下至少存了28天。

3.签证长度不同

对于需要读学前英语的学生，如果就读英语和后面的学位课程是同一所学校，签证长度会涵盖英语和学位课程。如果在不同的学校就读，签证长度只包括第一段学习，即英语。

学生在申请学校的时候一定要注意这一点，否则到了英国很快就需要续签证，耗时耗力。

4.学生申请签证需提供指纹信息

学生在申请签证时要向当地签证申请中心提供指纹信息。指纹信息将用在签证以及留英学生办理英国身份证上。

5.部分学校调整雅思单科要求

英 国签证明确了英语语言要求，以此确保申请者具备必备的英语水平来完成在英国的学习和生活。根据规定，申请英国语言课程、学前英语课程、预科课程以及国家资 质框架第三至五级别课程的申请人必须通过强制性安全英语语言测试，并达到B1的水平。B1相当于雅思考试四个单项都达到4分。如果申请的课程没有高等教育 机构担保，并且属于国家资质框架第六级或以上的学位课程，申请人必须通过强制性安全英语语言测试，并达到B2的水平。B2相当于雅思考试四个单项都达到 5.5分。

6.英国院校须及时汇报学生出勤情况

英 国政府规定，英国所有私立学校、学院及大学招收国际学生，需经政府批准。此外，英国院校必须及时向英国边境局汇报学生出勤情况，尤其是出现以下状况：学生 未按时注册，10天无故旷课、退学，课程长度变化及其他任何院校认为可疑的情况。学生必须配合学校真实提供所有信息，否则边境局会调查录取你的院校从而影 响到学生。

开具方法： 您可持本人有效身份证件、存单（折）到到任意联网网点办理。委托他人代办存款证明，受委托人须出示本人和存款人有效身份证件。

收费标准： 每开一张存款证明收取手续费人民币20元。

有效期限： 一般来说，存款证明书的有效期限比较灵活（并不一定是一般说的3个月）。客户自订期限，开具存款证明后，银行将对该项存款做冻结处理，冻结的时间与存款证明书的有效期相同。

存款种类： 定期或活期根据银行不同而不同。

其他说明： 如果客户要求提前撤销支取的限制时，应交回存款证明原件后，银行方可为您撤消开证后不得支取的限制。

1.对担保数额的规定

原则上存款金额绝对不能低于学校学费金额和学校所在地的预估生活费总和（英国移民局已经公布了各地区每月生活费的最新标准，伦敦地区每月1000英镑，最多9个月；非伦敦地区每月800英镑最多9个月。存保证金就以此为标准）。

英国签证要求学生有足够的资金用于支付第一学年的学费与生活费，如果课程不足一年，则为全部课程的学费。学费的金额，学校很明确。至于生活费，如果有一半以上的时间在伦敦，那么每月生活费为800镑左右，如果有一半以上的时间不在伦敦，每月生活费600镑左右。

2.资金历史存期

英国签证要求资金存期必须超过28天以上，大家要弄清楚不是冻结28天。英国签证要求，资金存期28天以上，在递交签证一个月内办理存款证明。冻结时间最好能够覆盖自己入境英国的日期。

保证金存的时间相对长一点是对签过有帮助的。目前大部分学生都需要参加学校的学前语言课，去学前语言课之前需要签证，语言课结束后还牵扯到续签的问题还是需要资金证明的，因而，一个长期的存期是有利的。不需要语言课以3个月为佳，需要上语言课以6个月为佳。

3.资金来源

英 国签证中心没有明确表明需要资金来源，但是还是建议学生与家长提供，以证明这钱是自己合法途径赚来的，不是借的。银行流水单，父母收入工作证明，纳税证 明，都是有利的证据。去英国留学保证金最好存在签证申请人名下。如果存在父母名或法定监护人的名下的学生，需要出示与其父母或法定监护人的关系证明和他们 允许您使用资金的证明。
